Full payment must be made at purchase. I accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card, as well as Etsy gift card.

For international orders, any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached your destination country will be the customer’s responsibility as Featherock Jewellery has no control over these charges nor can predict them.

Due to recent changes in exporting from the UK to European countries, please expect to pay fees which you were previously not required to.

You will receive a payment request from the postal carrier in your country for customs duties and taxes, before delivery is attempted. It is your responsibility as the customer, to pay these charges,

In the event of refusal to pay the fees and the order being returned to Featherock Jewellery, these fees will be deducted from any refund owed to you.

Pendants are shipped within 2 days of order, in most cases this is usually the same day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded First CLASS
International delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard Tracked

Europe: 3-7 working days

Sometimes there are delays in the postal service which are out of my control. If you have not received your item within 5 days following despatch, then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days.

Featherock Jewellery can not be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the postman has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements. If good are returned to Featherock Therapy, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship your order.

If delivery is to an non-residential address, it is your responsibility to ensure the department receiving post, forwards your package to you.

All orders are customised so please allow up to 7 days for delivery for Tarot and up to 2 weeks for Soul Plan Skype sessions.

FOR TAROT READINGS
Once you have purchased an email reading you will need to use the contact seller function to send me any questions you wish to have answered in your reading (where applicable).

You will receive an e-mail containing a PDF with your detailed Tarot Card Reading. This will be delivered within 2 days of receiving your questions. Usually the same day.

Tarot/Oracle SUBCRIPTIONS will be sent the first week of the month. Usually the 1st of the month.

FOR SOUL PLAN READINGS
Once you have purchased a reading you will need to use the contact seller button to advise of the name as it is written on your birth certificate. I will then confirm receipt and book your Skype session. After the session you will receive by email your Soul Plan Chart and a summary of the reading.

FOR PERSONALISED HYPNO MEDITATION MP3
Once you have purchased your personalised meditation, i will contact you to arrange a 15 minute Skype call to go through your specific needs. You will receive your meditation mp3 within 3 working days of the Skype call.
